Return, Exchange, Price Match, & Backorder Policies

Zutano & Tea 100% Price Match!: Within 10 days of purchasing an item if you find the exact same item on another site for a lower price we will match 100% of the difference! (Taxes and Shipping are considered.) Ebay, Ebay Express, Auction Sites, Sites Charging a Restocking Fee, Sites going out of business or discontinuing that line or piece are not eligible. Item must be in stock at the other store in size, pattern & print in order to qualify.
Returns: We want you to be 100% satisfied by the product you recieve. If you are not happy with the product you receive send it back within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund. FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Important Note: Items that smell of smoke, are worn, washed or are in poor condition are not eligable for return or exchange. If items arrive in one or more of these conditions listed the items will be sent back to you at your cost.
Exchanges: In order to make an exchange send the items back to us and indicate what you would like to exchange. We will contact you if one or more of the items in not in stock. Your exchange will ship back to you free of charge via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 1-2 weeks for exchange processing.

Gift Exchanges: Send the items back and we will call you once they are received to process a gift exchange. (Please note this process may take 2-3 weeks due to shipping transit times)
Backordered Item: When you place a backorder itm in your cart it is treated as a pre-ordered item. For instance we require payment upfront for the item in order to properly reserve the piece for you. Shipping is free on backordered items and you may cancel them at any time. We give an estimate of in house arrival for these items but it cannot be promised as these are estimates given from the manufacturer.
