Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of arrival at your shipping address and will receive a full refund less original shipping costs. Please note it can take 1-2 weeks to process a return, after this time your credit card company will have a standard processing time of this fee. Items received after 30 days will be given a store credit less original shipping. Items must have their original tags, bags, etc. Items may not be worn, used, washed or smell of smoke. Items received in poor condition will be returned to you at your cost. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. All sale items are final sale. Exchanges
Exchanges are simple. To make an exchange, simply send the items back to us and indicate what you would like in return. Please note that the returned items must be in return condition (see Returns above). We will contact you if anything you are requesting is out of stock or otherwise not available. This process takes approximately 1-2 weeks and your exhchange will ship FREE via USPS First Class Mail. Please note return shipping to us is your responsibility. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Yetter Specialty Retail Corporation product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Yetter Specialty Retail Corporation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Yetter Specialty Retail Corporation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Yetter Specialty Retail Corporation shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
